1. Eligibility
Movica is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. You must not use Movica if you are under 18.
2. App Functions
Movica provides local image and video libraries, search, favorites, media previews, playback controls, image editing, video editing, filters, stickers, layers, crop, rotate, mute, undo and redo, file details, and export. These functions reflect the referenced screens and are provided for lawful, personal, local media use.
3. Local Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the images, videos, audio-related media, and other files you open, edit, save, or export through Movica. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Movica to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute harmful content, bypass technical protections, harass others, or create or export content that is illegal in your location.
5. Local Storage
Movica is designed around local phone storage. Your media files, edit states, favorites, search activity, and export workflow may remain on your phone for local use and are not collected by Movica except for User ID information as explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
Movica may be distributed through Google Play. Google Play and Android services are governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Changes and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue app features, including library views, editor tools, playback features, and export options, when needed for product, legal, store, or technical reasons.
8. Disclaimer
Movica is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every local file format, device condition, export result, or editing operation will work without interruption or error.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movica is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of files, loss of edits, device issues, or business losses.
