Movica support focuses on app performance, local media access, editor reliability, playback behavior, and export completion for Android users who are 18 years of age or older.
Movica uses local phone permissions to help display image and video libraries, search results, favorites, thumbnails, file labels, sizes, and durations. If media does not appear, review Android media permission settings for Movica.
For video preview and timeline playback, keep the device updated, close heavy background processes, and confirm that the selected file format is supported by the phone.
Crop, rotate, mute, filters, stickers, layers, undo, redo, canvas properties, and operation counts may depend on file type, resolution, memory, and device capability.
Before exporting, make sure the phone has enough battery, available storage, and stable foreground app time. Larger videos may take longer to process.
