1. What Movica Does
Movica provides a local media workspace with an image library, video library, image editing, video editing, search, filters, favorites, playback controls, canvas tools, layers, undo and redo, and export. These functions are based on the referenced app screens and are designed for local creative use.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only User ID information. User ID information may be used for basic app operation, service continuity, security, abuse prevention, and app functionality.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect local images, local videos, local audio-related media, video duration, video resolution, file size, file paths, thumbnails, timeline activity, canvas content, layer data, filter choices, sticker choices, crop settings, rotation settings, mute settings, search text, favorites, recent items, export queue details, or edited media files.
4. Local Phone Storage
Movica may store information on the user's phone to support local use, including library organization, playback progress, favorite markers, editor state, filter choices, layer state, export queue status, and interface preferences. This information remains on the phone and is not collected by Movica.
5. Google Play
If users download Movica or make purchases through Google Play, Google may process information according to Google's own terms and privacy policy. Movica does not collect billing credentials or payment card numbers.
6. Age Requirement
Movica is only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 must not use Movica.
7. Security
Because local media and editing activity remain on the user's phone, users should protect their device with a secure screen lock, operating system updates, and careful control over device access.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when app functions, legal requirements, or store requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
